I led the design of PartyPlace’s venue-side reservation management system, helping venue owners review, respond to, and communicate about incoming booking requests. Because many venue operators are older and less software-native, I prioritized clarity, explicit actions, and confidence-building interactions over dense or implicit UI patterns.
As part of a small, agile team, I had the opportunity to lay the foundation for PartyPlace’s operating system by establishing core interaction patterns and visual standards used across future workflows, while also refining the design-to-development collaboration process.
