PartyPlace is a marketplace that helps people discover the ideal places for their events such as birthday, engagement party, etc. I led the redesign focusing on growth and conversion, from identifying and prioritizing problems and new scopes to designing for implementation.
Shipped new design for search and discovery, the core booking flow and venue request feature to capture users from multiple channels.
